Teacher Nick Aase ’03 Featured in Albuquerque the Magazine
April 10th, 2022
Our very own math & computer science teacher Nick Aase ’03 was selected as part of Albuquerque the Magazine’s “Above & Beyond Teacher Awards,” in the April edition of the publication. He was one of 14 New Mexico teachers who, according to the magazine, “have drawn raves from parents and colleagues for creating many good days for our students.” In the article, Nick explains how, as a child, his father’s computer intrigued him, and he delights in watching his computer students “do something that makes them happy.” Nick is one of a group of Prep teachers who is also an alum; he left New Mexico for a decade after his schooling but later “couldn’t wait to come back.” Congratulations to Nick on the honor of being profiled for the magazine.
